Summary: The listing did not mention some key details i.e. shared bathroom, TV and sitting area and kitchen. Shared kitchen, clean and well equipped, ok. But there was no tea, coffee or milk or provisions of any kind to be found anywhere. Arriving for the night at 9.30pm, we at least expected to be able to get a hot drink. Shared bathroom not ideal for those who need the toilet in the night. The bathroom was so tight that there was only room to stand sideways to get to the over bath shower. Also there was quite a flight of concrete steps to get up with a case. Again, not ideal for pensioners. Once in the room, which was clean and neat, the bed mattress was very worn, with every spring palpable. The room was warm and fairly quiet though, which was good, given the location on a main road. The other guests also thought that they would have private bathroom facilities and were very unhappy about the shared facilities. A small TV in the room would have been nice to relax to before sleep.
