The space
Unique home features include an oversized hot tub located on the top-level outdoor deck, which offers a 360-degree view of the city, mountains, and Strip. A finished basement with its own entrance houses a 12-seat movie theater. The backyard is a lush retreat with a lavish swimming pool and spa, mature landscaping, wood-burning fire pit, and a basketball court. The gorgeous primary bedroom has its own private viewing deck and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in rainfall shower. Full access to a 3-car garage and 2 washer and dryer sets.
