Positive: The overall location is great. Right by the lake, close to 80 and some great ski resorts and close to Truckee. The facilities has some lounges which is nice and although we didn't take advantage there is a laundry room. Room 114 is especially awesome; we visited our friends rooms and each room is decorated by its owner so the decor and furniture is different. That said we love the modern and new decoration in room 114. Very sleek, clean, well designed.
Negative: nothing. Would love to have an extra common bathroom though but otherwise everything was great.
Summary: Great location, amenities, and great value!
