4 Bedroom House in Strawberry, Pine

Our cozy log home in Strawberry is surrounded by mountain views and towering pine trees. Situated on a convenient corner location, there is easy access in summer and winter. **New, updated furnishings in great room July, 2019. The private front deck, surrounded by trees and views, features a lovely dining table that seats 6 and includes an umbrella with LED lights and gas grill. A patio looks out to the large, fully-fenced back yard, great for pets, and unobstructed mountain views. There is an adorable playhouse for the kids. Relax in the cozy great room with a beautiful wood-burning, stone fireplace and Dish Satellite TV. Enjoy the cool mountain breezes through the security screen doors. An open and fully-equipped kitchen includes dishes and utensils, crock pot, air popcorn popper, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, perfect for cooking and serving meals. *There is a new built-in dishwasher for clean-up!* The adjoining dining area features a large table with two leafs that will seat eight comfortably—and a wood-burning stove! New flat-screen TVs & Dish Satellite are included in each of the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a pillow-top queen bed, master bedroom has a pillow-top king bed, and there is a set of bunk beds in the 4th bedroom. There are two full bathrooms. Master bath features a tub/shower, and the Main/Guest bath a nice-size, walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have vanities with granite tops. There is something for everyone – rest, relaxation; a getaway or escape; a cozy place to curl up with a good book, or to come back after a day of nearby hiking, antiquing, mountain biking, or sightseeing. New to Strawberry? Eat in one of a variety of good area restaurants in Pine and Strawberry. Get a refreshing night’s sleep in a good bed in a quiet area. You may get a glimpse of some of the elk, deer, squirrels, birds, coyotes, javelinas or other wildlife that inhabit the area. Enjoy the antique and art shops in Pine and Payson. Want more? Take a day trip to Sedona or Jerome. Need something? A scenic 19 mile drive down Hwy 87 lies Payson, AZ, a town of 17,000 that offers most of the services of a large city including shops of all kinds, antiquing, golfing and seasonal activities. Want to beat the heat in the summer? Strawberry is about 20 degrees cooler than the valley around Phoenix.
