With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons including children. Nestled on a large private landscaped block with a garden fireplace, within easy walking distance of the shop and cafe, this offers one of the best locations for that great Moreton Island holiday for you, your family and friends. Underneath on ground level and surrounded by lawns, it is fully sealed with an open covered area for kids to play on a rainy day or when they need to get out of the sun into the cool. Upstairs the house has a huge covered deck with a banquet table and bbq and ocean views through the foreshore reserve. It has a fully equipped kitchen in one end and a kitchenette in the other in the family room, 2 large fridges, a chest freezer, 2 tv's one with foxtel, fans throughout and stereo on the deck. There is ample parking at the rear for 3 vehicles and a boat. This is a great beach house where you can relax in pristine surrounds after a day of fishing, surfing and 4wd driving, and offers one of the best locations for that fantastic Moreton Island Holiday
