Private patio with grill outside front door. 1st bedroom - Queen bed with sitting area and Smart TV. Daybed and trundle in the 2nd bedroom. A handicap bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate Laundry room. Walking to the beach is 7 minutes, wagon provided for your gear/toys and an outside shower when you return. Guest renting must be age 25 or older. Minimum stay 3 nights in the summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day .

Summary: We grabbed a last minute trip with mom since the weather was forecasted to be in the upper 70’s and sunshine. Thankful to grab this cozy gem. Mom loved the mattress and said it was the best sleep she had in a while. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked. The online pictures of the rooms and decor are very accurate. One level access was perfect for mom and the shower pressure was on point. Looking forward to returning and relax again.
