Main Floor
On the main floor, you're greeted with the open concept of the vaulted living room, dining area and kitchen. With all new furnishings, the living room offers a cozy and inviting space between the large fireplace and substantial glass windows of the lush green foliage outside. The living room flows into the dining area with a comfortable seating arrangement for 4. Creekside Cottage has all the appliances that you would find in your own kitchen at home so you can cook up a tasty homemade meal. At the back of the cottage, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with brand new queen beds and Helix Mattresses. The bathroom, equipped with a washer and dryer, 3-foot shower and vanity.
Upstairs Loft
Upstairs in the loft area is yet another area to relax and appreciate the entertainment of your choosing for the night on the brand-new flat screen TV.
Relax & Explore
With a foot path through the trees that leads to Glacier Creek just feet from the cottage, you can savor the fresh Mountain air and soothing sound of the steady flowing creek. Take a walk around the gated community and enjoy the peaceful mountain vibe.
If you feel like heading out, the small town of Glacier is less than 1 mile West and has restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the National Forest Service Center with information about navigating in the Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Mt Baker Ski area is about 20 minutes East and offers vast landscape for all skill levels of skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding. Mt Baker Ski area also has 2 restaurants and a bar along with a ski shop for stocking up on gear.

Important Notes:
Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.
Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internetare notavailable. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online. **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy: We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.
Weather:The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away). There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations. Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons. Please come prepared with provisions.
