Positive: Beautiful villa with loads of charm. Incredible location with amazing views and sunsets, games room, bbq and pizza oven and a lovely mountain village where everyone was so friendly. Owners were so helpful and kind, even providing specially cooked festive food for us, wine and coffee and also making a fire for the house and brilliant pizza oven. Also excellent communication throughout. lucky enough to be here over Easter and owners kind enough to drop by and let us know of local celebrations we could join which were very special. brilliant walks near the property also and lots of little bays with beautiful swimming and views. definitely one of the best locations on the island.
Negative: this was specific to arriving early in the year - heating house and hot water was tricky. Fires helped (plenty of wood supplied) and it was clear the pool wasn’t heated which was helpful as very chilly! might be helpful in future to have hot water heated though if possible. everything else beyond perfect.
Summary: really lovely - a perfect getaway.
