This property is a 1/2 of a duplex and is conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants in the heart of Kimberly. Walking distance to the YMCA (2 blocks) and Tanner's (1 block).
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs on the second level along with the full bath. Each bedroom has a closet and either a dresser or armoire. Bedroom #2 also has a 43" Smart TV. All 3 beds are memory foam.
Full bath has a brand-new shower and tub unit. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.
Main level has a family room which has a 55" Smart TV. Kitchen with dining table that seats 6, and a half bath.
