A newly remodeled spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 full bath / 1 half bath, over 2,300 square foot cabin on 15 private acres located in the beautiful gated community of Bell Mountain. Amazing long range views looking into the heart of Stone Mountain State Park with views of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the surrounding mountain ranges. Five miles to the back entrance of Stone Mountain State Park and to the bottom entrance of Doughton Park. Includes a tent camping deck in the nearby woods for the kids! Relax in luxury with new granite counter tops and vanity tops, new appliances, vaulted ceilings, high speed wireless internet, 4 high definition LCD TVs w/ Direct TV, Netflix and Amazon videos. A stacked stone gas fireplace adds warmth and rustic charm to this secluded mountain cabin. It comes complete with all new furnishings including a king bed, queen bed, 2 single beds and 2 sleeper sofas. The master suite has its own full bath with shower and soaking/relaxing tub, a huge walk-in closet and private entertainment center. On the bottom floor is another entertainment center and finished game room with a pool table that doubles as a ping pong table. Enjoy a friendly game while enjoying the mountain air through the open air doors. There is also a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. You'll truly relax while you take in the tranquil outdoors from the private covered front porch with teak rocking chairs and a porch swing or the huge rear deck with a patio dining table, gas grill and extra seating to enjoy the long range views of the wilderness and the dome of Stone Mountain State Park. There is also a wonderful outdoor fire pit with comfy seating and the firewood is provided! The very private setting is a wildlife and photographer lover's dream. Conveniently located near the 14,000+ acre Stone Mountain State Park, Doughton Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also nearby is the Thurmond-Chatham game lands, the Yadkin Valley Wine Trail with 36+ wineries & vineyards, the New River State Park, and many other local state parks. It is close to Olde Beau & Stone Mountain Golf clubs. There are miles of walking & hiking trails including the Appalachian Trail & Mountains-to-Sea Trail. On-road & mountain biking, climbing & mountaineering, all kinds of fishing, boating, swimming, canoeing, rafting, horseback riding, and many other mountain activities. Great destination after your motorcycle ride! Approximately 25 minutes from Elkin, Jonesville, N. Wilkesboro, Wilkesboro and Sparta. Roughly 1 hour from Winston, Greensboro, Statesville, Galax, Jefferson, Boone / Blowing Rock. Two hours from Charlotte, 2.5 hours from Raleigh / Durham.
