Positive: The owner contacted me via whatsapp and provided all the information on the key collection, including sending a short video. Parking place is a few meters down the road. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and neat, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Internet was fast and working very well. Soundproof windows everywhere so you sleep through all night.
Negative: The opposite building in a still in construction ( or deserted) and does not look very appealing, but there's not the owners fault.
Summary: Excellent facility 50 m away from the beach front and restaurants, yet very calm at night.
