This property is south facing and totally private with it's own secluded garden front and back, private drive way, electric gates and private swimming pool. Close to the local village, the property gives easy access to the surrounding vineyards and woodland. Recently renovated and decorated the property has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom and a living room/kitchen. Air conditioned, central heating and it is well equipped with English TV, WIFI (Fibre), Netflix, Prime, internet Radio, .Two sun terraces, with an outside shaded eating area- a BBQ, attractive garden, with sun hot spots and natural shade. 25 miles to the coastal beaches of St. Tropez, Port Grimaud and Cannes. Visit local vineyards for wine tasting and the traditional villages of Flyosc, Tourtour(village in the sky), Villecroze & Salernes on market days. About 25 miles inland and you have excellent water sports on Lac St. Croix & Gorge du Verdon (Europe's Grand Canyon).

Summary: really nice secluded cottage yet easily accessible no dirt tracks or steep inclines which we have found before .owners are friendly with out being intrusive and are helpful we had problem with fridge which was replaced same day you would not get better than that ever thing in cottage good quality including knifes which makes a change to some places we have stayed well placed to go north to lake or south to coast ideal
