Upper: A super-comfy studio unit with a full kitchen featuring: Full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, Microwave, Charcoal BBQ Grill, all cooking utensils, serving dishes and plates and eating utensils! Eat indoors at the island and look out the bay window, or eat on the deck under the huge shade trees! 1 KING BED and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa!! Lower: A homey 1 Bedroom cabin with a Full kitchen featuring: Full-sized refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Charcoal BBQ Grill, all cooking utensils, serving dishes and plates and eating utensils! Eat indoors at the table, or eat on the deck under the huge shade trees. 1 Queen Bed in the bedroom and 1 Fold-out Bed that make a Queen-sized Bed!!! Located about 1/4 (one quarter mile)from the water's edge in Umberland at Stockton Lake {we like to walk from the house if we don't have a lot to carry}. Our cozy community has a friendly "small-town" feeling and everyone is happy to say "Hi!" and give a smile and a wave! We even have our own little Dock and Boat Ramp! We are located just 10 minutes from Stockton State Park Marina & Restaurant if you would like to rent a boat. If you would like to enjoy all that the State Park has to offer, we are just 5 mintues away from: Hiking, Picnic Areas, Beach Areas and a Storm Shelter. Also, just minutes to MANY Restaurants, Shopping, Groceries and all the comforts of town. We offer FREE: Coffee, WI-FI and NETFLIX and a Wii !!! This is a PERFECT Location for YOUR Perfect Get-away!!
