Positive: Fantastic view, nice and responsive owner Sonia, easy check-in with key pick up at the complex reception, all amenities in the nicely laid out and sun/insect proof, very clean apartment, a few minute drive downhill away from San Nicola Arcella and Spiaggia dell’Arcomagno. Parking right in front of the door, but beware that on the steep hill a lower clearance (sports) car would just make the last bump to the house carefully.
Negative: Downhill from the apartment is a hotel complex with (loud) night time entertainment/music in high season which can go from 2100-0100. You will hear loudly indoors with windows open and of course from the beautiful terrace. With the well isolated doors/windows closed you barely hear it, but may want to turn the AC on, which is a shame. Minor, but we suggested to Sonia to upgrade the bed/mattress a bit to enhance the overall experience.
Summary: Great overall holiday apartment, beware of the downhill hotel music in high season
