Open concept kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances & a breakfast bar. The home has pristine well water for safe drinking & a state of the art tankless continuous & on demand water heating system so late risers can still enjoy hot showers any time they choose. Unique interior layout features 5 large bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms located on 3 separate levels for private living zones catered to large families. The main level master has a queen bed & ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed + a twin bed with a 4 piece ensuite; the other upper level bedroom has a queen bed & a 3 piece ensuite. The first lower level bedroom includes a queen bed & a traditional bunk bed; the second lower level bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin upper & double lower. Total sleeping capacity is 14 in beds. A comfy lower level media room has 2nd stone fireplace & large flat screen TV to curl up in front of on family movie nights after an activity packed day on the lake. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Please leave the cottage as you found it, tidy and with all garbage disposed of per the welcome letter. Note there may be a garbage removal fee of $500 per week. The initial cleaning fee pays for professional cleaners to prepare the cottage for you. A check out clean may be arranged for an additional fee, otherwise you are expected to leave the cottage as you found it, tidy and in good repair. WIFI is available at all of our cottages (unless specifically noted) but the service is not unlimited as this is cell based and extremely expensive. Streaming video services such as NetFlix, FaceBook, YouTube etc are not permitted, nor is online gaming. 5GB/ week is included. Overage will be billed at $10/GB. Water activities, including motorized and non-motorized boating, are inherently dangerous. You indemnify the owners and their agents for any and all activities related to water activities. To ensure the quiet enjoyment of the lake by our neighbours, music or loud noise of any kind not permitted after 10pm or before 8am. The primary applicant (renter guest) acknowledges that if they or their guests (named on the application or not) have a party hereto defined as: exceeding the stated occupancy of the property; have people not listed on their rental application on the property; create loud music or noise of any kind; we receive complaints from neighbours about noise or disturbance of their quiet enjoyment of the property, police re called to attend the property; as a penalty the primary booking guest automatically forfeits their full damage deposit. However, this does not limit any claim for damages due to actions of the guests as ordinarily would fall under the damage deposit claims process. Should you violate these terms you may be subject to an extra nuisance charge equal to the damage deposit as well as eviction without refund.
