Positive: Proximity to beach. Roomy. Lots of games/activities. Bathrooms/showers were nice.
Negative: Odd layout. Have to pass thru one bedroom to get to another. Basement (where pool table, air hockey, and foosball are located) VERY musty and damp. Concerned might not be healthy space for grandkids.
