Positive: Location was great. Space for my family was perfect.
Negative: Apartment could have been cleaner. Couches and chairs had crumbs on them, bench to dining room table was dusty, and cabinets in master bathroom had obvious dust on them. It would have been nice to have a fresh and clean smell to the place, specifically when you first walk in considering we pay a cleaning fee. The cleaning seemed minimal.
Summary: Great location and space. View and access to beach is a plus!
