Gray Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets top beautiful flowing granite countertops. The new Samsung gas range has a large griddle and the oven has a Convection bake option. The french 3 door refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door is a dream; microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and even a separate, stand alone ice making machine.
Travertine floors are glistening because they have been refinished; custom made drapes and plantation shutters throughout. Everything in the condo has been painted and furnished in the latest HGTV colors and sure the check out the pictures especially of the open and spacious living and dining areas. Bedrooms ( exc Master) are carpeted.
The great room has a large 65" Smart TV ( Five smart TVs total in unit). Master has 55".
Want to be sure you have a good sleep? All mattresses in unit 106 are new and comfortable. The master bedroom (king bed) has an ensuite bathroom that includes a 42x70 whirlpool tub and a separate shower with dual shower heads and double sinks.

First floor living means no waiting for the elevator and no long hallways to get to the beach. Access is just outside those sliding glass doors. Upper floors also give a great view but the feeling of being closer to that water (Gulf and infinity pool) is even nicer. The beautiful emerald green and aqua blue of the Gulf of Mexico is visible from the entire open main living areas as well as the master bedroom. Beach and pool access are just outside those sliding glass WILL LOVE STAYING IN the 2200 square foot luxury Condo, Villa Coyaba 106.
***Each Villa Coyaba unit has only 2 dedicated parking spaces for owners and renters in their units. ALL Parking is in Parking Garage only- max height is 7'-1" The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the amenities. Per HOA, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
