Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool, and where you listen to the ocean waves and catch glimpses of dolphins and pelicans as they glide along the water. A gorgeous completely redone full bath is on the main level featuring ocean blue subway tile. Upstairs, are 2 spacious bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with a full tub which was also nicely updated. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, large closet, TV, a make-up area with sink... and phenomenal views. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen sized bed, a full sized bed, TV and large closet. Further adding to this communities appeal is an elevator, on-site staffed management office and maintenance staff, plenty of parking, use of the tennis courts & shuffle alley along with equipment, large laundry room, outdoor grills, bike rack, social hall, and even a car wash area. Summary: Make sure you let the person know before renting what you like the day and night temps for you to be comfortable. Make sure the thermostat doesn’t have a set temp schedule or the manager has control on their phone. The place was clean and a great location.
