This open, bright and clean beautiful ocean view home is located in the desirable area of Sereno Del Mar across from Portuguese Beach. With 3 bedrooms and 2/full baths, sleeps 6-7 guests.As you enter this home you will find pretty, comfortable beach decor throughout with amazing views from every picture window! A fully equipped galley style kitchen, granite countertops, large stainless steel sink for your catch of the day.Relax on the big comfy couch while reading a good book, watching a 3-D movie on the 47" LG/LCD/LED HDTV! Or, just take in the spectacular views and all the wildlife. From the majestic bucks with their big antlers (no hunting!) doe-a-deer with her fawn/s, grey foxes, bunnies hoping around, a shy bobcat if you're so lucky verity of birds from, migrating geese, soaring hawks, gliding pelicans, great blue herons, shorebirds and of course seagulls!Our home faces westward to take in the maximum and exceptional sunsets with ocean views from the kitchen to the living room. The master bedroom suite has a nice sitting area with ocean views a California king size bed and full bath. The charming second bedroom has 2 twin beds, an Eastern king in the elegant 3rd bedroom that also has a large leather chair that makes into a twin bed. Great for little ones that don't want to be too far from Mom & Dad!Outside is beautifully landscaped with flagstone and trex patios that wrap around from the kitchen to the master suite. We even have an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy toes, as you are that close to the beach! "Steps to the Beach, how many?
