This light-filled, 1,322-square-foot space offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony, as well as direct access to the white sand beach downstairs. The resort even features such wonderful shared amenities as two lagoon-style pools, a fitness center, an on-site tropical bar, and a wealth of activities for kids, families, and beach-goers.
You'll find this air-conditioned condo right on the shores of Panama City Beach, allowing you to swim, kayak, and sunbathe with ease. When it's time for a break from the Florida sun, you can walk around the corner to Pier Park, a local landmark with 124 stores, an assortment of restaurants, an IMAX theater, live music, laser tag, a Dave & Busters, and so much more for you to explore. You'll also be within walking distance of the Russell-Fields Pier, where you can drop your fishing line for the afternoon, and less than a mile from Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and Sharky's Beachfront.

Parking notes: PAID PARKING ONLY - $20.00 PER PASS --- Parking is located in a parking garage across the street from the resort, parking spaces are not assigned. The parking garage has 9 levels and a skybridge to the resort from the 3rd level. To enter the garage, you will need the barcode you purchased from your Calypso Registration email. This is your gate code and the only way in and out of the parking garage. Once inside the garage, you may park in any unmarked spot. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers allowed on property.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
