Summary: Hi Rob. we had a great time in Bend. your apartment is very nice. 1 thing I need to mention is the mold. I'm in the lumber business where Toxic mold is a huge topic of discussion. The apartment had a few windows open when we got there Wednesday evening. we quickly realized why. We had a hard time being there other than to sleep. St night we would open the bedroom windows all the way up and close the door to keep the fumes out as best possible. My wife has a lot of allergies and could not spend more than 20 minutes at a time in the living room or kitchen. I looked around on the carpet and could not find water however the living area has as a serious mold problem somewhere. you may already know this.
