Just a few blocks from Pier 60 and walking distance to all local attractions, eateries and beach shops. Relax in this fully furnished studio located on the top 4th floor just 8 steps from the ELEVATOR. 1 queen bed and 1 full size futon sleeper with kitchenette, full size bathroom with linens provided and tropical city view from your window. 2 beach chairs included. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. 2 night minimum required. There is a laundry room on the first floor for your convenience. Swim at the beach or soak up the sun from the large outdoor heated pool deck. During your stay be sure to visit some of the many attractions Pinellas county has to offer such as Dunedins Honeymoon Island & Knology Park/Raymond James stadium for spring baseball training, Tampa Busch gardens adventure and water park (25 minute drive east), Tarpon Springs sponge docks (excellent Greek food 25 minutes north), Salvador Dali art museum in St. Petersburg and of course Disney World (90 minutes east). Local activities include free movies, entertainment & crafts at Pier 60, fishing charters, snorkeling & scuba trips, jet skiing, parasailing and don't forget to visit "Winter the dolphin" at Clearwater beach aquarium (loved by the kids) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. No car needed here for local activities. Just a 30 minute drive from Tampa International airport . Includes 1 free parking space. So come visit floridas beautiful Sunshine State. Summary: Pros - Walking distance to beach and restaurants, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, on-premise parking space.Cons - No toaster oven as listed (was planning for morning bagels), no guest laundry as listed, 2 beach chairs for the entire complex so we "borrowed" for our 3 day stay, very noisy corridors even after 10pm with no one enforcing any quiet hours.
