Charming, one-of-a-kind property in a boutique-like setting with only 11 other units. There is a beautiful, heated pool with tables and chairs, as well as chaise lounges. The property has grills and a dock on the bay where you can go finishing or just sit with your coffee to watch the sun come up! Across the street is a private beach (4 min. walk) with chaise lounges for you to use. This second story walk up property includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a second TV. There is a daybed on the lanai which is a great place to nap, read a book or watch boats on the bay. One dedicated parking spot is included.
