'Lazy Magnolia' is a Cozy Beach Retreat with guest house and heated private pool that features four bedrooms in the Main House with a one bedroom detached guest suite. It is located in the sought-after Crystal Shores community of Crystal Beach. The house was updated this year to include new carpet, lighting, home furnishings and decor. It offers an open floor plan on the first level with a fully-equipped kitchen, which is perfect for your group to cook, eat together, or just hangout. There's a covered front porch, and a screened-in sun-room with a double swing and outdoor furnishings.
The Gourmet Kitchen includes updated granite and custom cabinets, new appliances to include dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. It is fully stocked with small appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The dining and bar area seats 12-14.
Bedroom 1: Ground-level bedroom (perfect for guests who cannot use stairs) features a Queen Bed, television, a walk-in closet, an attached bathroom, and a side door that opens to the yard.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor- Master Suite with a King Bed, television, a large walk-in closet, seating area, private front porch with Adirondack chairs. The spa-like master bathroom includes a separate glass shower, Jacuzzi tub, and a beautiful stained glass window.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: 2nd Floor- Features a Queen Bed, large television, a walk-in closet, and it is adjoined by bedroom 4 that includes 2 Twin/Twin Bunk Beds and 1 Twin Bed. The rooms are separated by pocket doors.
Bedroom 5: Detached Guest Suite that features a King Bed, kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig Coffee Maker, private balcony, and private bathroom.
The 3rd floor includes a built-in day bed and seating. The views are spectacular, and there is an outside deck with table and chairs for views at sunrise or sunset.
The home has a interior first floor utility room with a washing machine and dryer for your use.
The backyard offers a private pool, with four chaise loungers, outside seating, an outdoor shower, gas grill for cookouts. and toys and beach gear are included for your enjoyment too.
