Positive: The location! It is a short walk to a beautiful beach! We enjoyed nightly sunsets and it was easy to come and go from the beach. The property is also lovely to walk through! It’s also centrally located for other things we were doing. Plenty of dining options nearby. The condo was well equipped with all the beach gear and the towels were included daily for the beach. The condo has AC, which was nice for sleeping. When it didn’t work, maintenance came out immediately and fixed things! The owner is very responsive, communicates well and quickly and took care of everything! The rooms and baths were all comfortable and modern. Excellent hot water and water pressure in the showers and lots of pillows and blankets to choose from for comfortable sleeping!
Negative: We didn’t miss having laundry in the unit because our previous location did have laundry. But we did miss having a pool and especially a hot tub available on the same side of the street. The Athletic Club requires a walk across the street and has limited hours. It would have been nice to have the pool/hot tub more easily accessible on the same side of the road. We didn’t use the athletic club. The bi level floor plan is a bit cumbersome but not a big deal.
Summary: Lovely place to enjoy the South Shore, the beach location gets five gold stars!!
