Positive: The location is the best you’d get in central London
Negative: - Coffee machine malfunction, would always ask for water although it’s full and won’t start. It def needs a restart or a reset, we tried with all the troubleshooting and all, but still. No luck. - Building stairs always off, fixed for one day but throughout, you have to hold a torch and go down, for a person with an arm disability, I couldn’t do that and use the stairs at the same time, pitch black from SS02 to SS04 where we stayed. I had to get 2 phones and turn torches on and put one at the bottom and one at the top and then had my partner collect the one at the bottom. - Lots of dust throughout, just sit on the couch and you’ll see all the dust particles fly, the apartment just needs a little more love and a better cleaning service, because the email and phone service are great, the cleaning staff does a half assed job with reporting faulty things or checking in general. There are many strains on furniture and stuff that can be just cleaned and many little light bulbs on the chandeliers and small lights that can be reported and fixed before a guest checks in. - TV channels don’t work, some people logged their personal accounts of Netflix and others and didn’t log out, none of the apps work properly as the TV needs a reset, we tried to reset it and some worked but don’t depend on being able to watch anything on it, you’ll need to get your own chromecast or HDMI cable and your own entertainment. - Otherwise, great location and superb design, love the apartment and the aesthetics of it and would def stay next time if these issues are fixed.
