Positive: Comfortable and well equipped home
Negative: Staff did not send us information to check-in. We had to track them down to get the information and ended up checking in well after the scheduled check-in time. We sent several emails requesting the check-in information letting them know that we would be on the road travelling for several hours. Still by 4:00pm check-in time we had not received any email response.
