Positive: I really liked the area, a shop and pharmacy are just around the corner and the subway stop is less than 10 mins away:) also lots of options for food!
Negative: The floor had water damage right underneath the air con in the living room and it was sometimes tripping us over, also, while this is not directly related to the host, the elevator had been playing up for a few days and then we got stuck in it for around 45 mins which was stressful
