Hot tub, flat screen TVs, free WiFi, comfy king and two full-sized beds, a kitchen with residential appliances and all the tools you need. The boat will be docked at all times at an exclusive private dock behind a locked security gate. Pontoon boat rentals are available at the marina in case you want to explore Lake Lanier's 38,000 acres. Also, you can park your own boat (up to 25ft) or jet ski on the back of the Houseboat.
