Filled with special pieces you have to see at the property with your own eyes. Jam packed with things to do and located centrally between the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and Denver.
Explore Denver/Arvada, take it easy in our 5 king beds, shoot some pool, play some air hockey, or step outside for games, a fire, or to soak in the hot tub!
Make your way to Downtown Denver, Empower field at Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, The RiNo art district, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, or Downtown Golden, CO, in 15 minutes. In 30 minutes, you can be at the Denver International Airport, Boulder, CO, and many more of the Denver area's attractions. You'll be just .25 miles off I-70, or a ten minute walk to the G-Line Train for easy transportation access wherever you need to go.

You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find one walk-in showers and one shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
There is a beautiful dining room table perfect for cocktails which comfortable seats 4 to eat together or to play an afternoon board game on. The open-plan setting offers a nice flow between all rooms in the main living space.

The basement level is jam packed with everything your group could need to enjoy themselves. Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find a foosball, pac man, and plenty of board games . If you'd rather relax then there is also an awesome hangout area themed after that 70's show. Watch our 55" TV or feel free to grab a board game from one of our many selections!

The backyard was just finished and is ready for your group! We have installed a huge turf yard with string lights and horseshoe lanes. To the right you will find a dining table and brand new fire pit and hot tub.
