Stay in the heart of Woden in this trendy modern apartment. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this apartment is a great base for your time in Canberra!
The living area is spacious and open plan. It has beautiful timber floors, soaring high concrete ceilings, large kitchen, ducted heating and cooling, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Secure undercover car space for 1 car, rooftop outdoor pool & BBQ areas. Great location, close to pubs, restaurants, cafes & next door to Westfield.
The Alexander apartment building used to be a large office block for Canberra public servants. A few years ago they were derelict but have now been brought back to life and turned into beautiful warehouse style apartments! Expect exposed concrete, brick, and high ceilings. This is truly a unique find in Canberra. There is also a large rooftop terrace with an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities available, shared with others in the building
Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment and the shared communal spaces outiosde (pool, BBQ areas). The Woden bus interchange is a short 5 minute walk away, connecting you to the rest of Canberra. Westfield Woden is also next door. The unit has one secure car park so you can easily arrive by car. There is unrestricted street parking around the area on week nights and weekends. Driving around Canberra is easy to do and there's hardly ever lots of traffic on the roads. The apartment itself is wheelchair friendly, with ramp access in and out of the building, and lift access from the ground level to the apartment.
We live locally and can help out if needed. Otherwise, we give you space to enjoy your stay.

Please note:
- One set of keys is provided for the duration of your stay.
- Currently the wifi is not set up, however, the lounge area can access Canberra Free Wi-Fi for basic wifi needs.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

Summary: We had a nice stay the apartment was clean. The only downside was the towels and T towels need replacing. The Frypan needs replacing and the grey chair needs fixing. An extra couch would be good for when there’s more than 2 people
