On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable big sofa, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV to spend time with the whole family! Heading towards the kitchen, you will find the dining area featuring a dining table that can sit up to eight people, waiting for you to fill it up with hot or cold dishes (depending on your taste) and enjoy the family or friendship moments with your loved ones! Right next to it you will find the place where the magic happens, the Kitchen! We have really taken care of you and made sure that in this room you will find everything that you will need to prepare nearly any dish that you desire. You will find a full-size stove, an oven, a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, cooking utensils, and a washing machine so that you can wash your clothes during a long booking. Also, there is one of the bedrooms is placed on the ground floor.
On the top floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms, each having an ensuite bathroom a split unit air conditioner, a wardrobe, and large windows with mesmerizing views!

Moniatis is a village of Limassol with rich natural vegetation about 30 km from the city, built on the Troodos Mountains. It is a village surrounded by greenery, renowned for its natural environment, which enjoyed tremendous growth in the 1990s.
In Moniati there are remarkable churches such as the central church of Panagia Odigitria, the chapel of Archangel Michael built-in 1717, which dominates near the village’s core, the historical monastery of Timios Prodromos dating from the end of the 15th century, the chapel of Zoodochos Pigis and the chapel of Prophet Elias. With a few minutes drive, you will find yourself in Trooditissas Monastery.
In the area of Moniatis, there are beautiful nature trails that offer relaxation and tranquillity to visitors, giving them the opportunity to study them as well as admire the waterfalls and the "environmental lung" Mesa Potamos.
