Positive: Great place to stay at if you are in Woodstock. Nice room with kitchenette and modern, spacious bathroom. The host will leave pastries in your room and some drinks and you can help yourself at the wetbar with tea and water. Big plus is the yoga room and if you wish you can book a session with the host. We will definitively be back. Also to mention, this is a pet friendly accomodation. Parking is conveniently located behind the house.
Negative: This is not a classical B&B rather an apartment with some form of catering, no breakfast room, no lounge etc, guests all stay to themselves and breakfast is yummy snacks provided to the room upon arrival. I was missing shelf space for clothing, but as we only stayed for 2 nights it was totally ok to life out of the suitcase.
Summary: Cozy accomodation, conveniently located, good vibes.
