Welcome to a vacation home and a gallery! Our place is in a secured and gated residential village and is close to Mactan beaches and diving areas and a shopping mall. You’ll love our house because it is designed with your comfort in mind. We put so much attention to details. We even provided hooks in the bedrooms where you can hang clothes you want to use again the next day.

The space
Our house is in a mediterranean inspired residential village and is a short walk to the village's amenities such as swimming pool, gym, function rooms, basketball court, children's playground, convenience and coffee shops. It is a gallery of 46 original oil and acrylic paintings by Cebuano artists Raul Agas and Antonio Ylanan.
The house is fully furnished and fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are carpeted and air conditioned and fitted with hotel quality beds, duvet, bed linen, and soft pillows. The entire ground floor where the living, dining, and kitchen areas are located is also air conditioned.
The house is fitted with a variable speed inverter pressure pump that regulates constant water pressure. It has a centralised water heater for the showers.
There is a brand new 15 seater Nissan Urvan Premium to serve airport transfers, city tours, and out of town adventures exclusively for our guests at affordable rates. Guests only pay for the van which comes with driver and fuel and we can prepare an itinerary for free.
Other amenities are the following:
- Up to 50 Mbps fiber optic enabled wireless internet with separate access points in each floor
- 40" Samsung Smart UHD TV with HD and Netflix subscriptions
- PLDT telephone line
- Well-equipped modern kitchen with induction cooktop, 8.6 ref, toaster, blender, tableware, cutlery, stainless steel and non-stick pans, casserole, French press, etc.
- Starter food and drinks in the kitchen
- Hot and cold shower with body wash and shampoo and towels
- Knob-operated bidet and wall mounted bidet in all toilet bowls
