Stationed on Kootenay Lake, surrounded by the Selkirk and Purcell Mountain Ranges, is our 60 ft houseboat. The houseboat is currently moored 5 miles outside of Beautiful Nelson, BC on a beach called Troup Beach, It is perfect for your Summer getaway! We also supply our guests with a motorized run around boat, paddle boards, bikes and so much more to ensure our guests enjoy their stay. This vacation rental is everything you could ask for in a house but right on the water. It's got three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower/tub), a kitchen, and a living/dining space. The electricity is powered 100% by solar energy. That, paired with the gas stove and the on-demand propane hot water heater will have you as comfortable as can be. The vessel sleeps 10 guests and is priced at $400 for the first four, with a $25 charge for each additional guest. Our other amenities are listed below
