Starr Dust 1- Luxury on the beach! This tastefully decorated 6bd 4ba duplex sits directly on the Gulf with breathtaking views of the Gulf from all 3 balconies. As you enter this home there is access to the residential elevator, queen been, washer & dryer, and industrial ice maker. On the first floor is where you will find the kitchen, fully stocked and ready for all of your cooking needs, the dining area, living room, full bathroom, and one queen bedroom. Second floor hosts two king suites with ensuite bathrooms. The third floor hosts two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The fourth bathroom is located on the third floor as well. Flat screen TVs in 5 of the 6 bedrooms (The very bottom floor bedroom). The outdoor area has been designed with you in mind! Large hot tub/Spas, ample bar area and seating, and a gas grill to make the most of your stay enjoying the beautiful beach!
Have lots of people in your party that enjoy beachfront living? If you need room for more people, Starr Dust 2 sleeps 14 people and it is right next door, as this unit is a duplex. Relax and enjoy the sunsets from the best vantage point in Mexico Beach.

Summary: Not sure where to start - I wanted to enjoy this stay because of great location however property was not maintained at all - there were cockroaches and bugs all over the home. Most of the bathrooms won’t lock, AC went dripping water over bed, thermostat wont work, Elevator wont work half the time, its not 6 bedroom but 5 and last one is just bed on lower floor common area without any bathroom. We had to raise complaint twice in stay of 3 nights. Good thing was maintenance would respond quickly but wouldn’t fix all issues. Except for beach facing location nothing else was acceptable for the price paid. Even if we sent list of complaints no response from management company. I have been coming to Florida every year and this is the worst experience ever.
