Starfish Shack is a fully furnished three bedroom, three bathroom 2nd floor villa that sleeps up to 8 guests with a king size bed in the Starfish Main Suite, a queen bed in the Sea Shells Second Bedroom, a king sized bed in the Tropical Retreat Third Bedroom Suite, and two on the queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum Age to Book is 25. This stunning 2nd floor villa is truly stunning. Your open floor plan great room looks out over Edgewater's golf course and it's just a short tram ride or walk over to the beach. You'll enjoy relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat. There's a large TV with Roku HD Streaming and an arm chair for your enjoyment as well. Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property so be sure to bring your devices!
Step out onto your covered balcony and enjoy morning coffee and croissants or watch friends and family enjoy a game of golf on the 9 hole-par 3 golf course. You can access the balcony your great room and your main bedroom. There's plenty of seating for everyone!
The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The Sea Shell Second Bedroom offers a king sized bed and offers plenty of room. Adjacent to the second bedroom is another full bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and is also accessible from the hall for anyone using the sleeper sofa. All this bathroom space makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze the family/group.
Your Tropical Retreat Suite Third Bedroom features a queen size bed with a single closet and a covered patio of its very own. This bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with single vanity and toilet.
All three bedrooms are carpeted and have flat screen TVs with Roku Streaming. All have high thread count luxury linens and soft absorbent towels provided with your rental.
Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
