If you go the “back way” to Gatlinburg, it's 15 minutes away from the arts district and you’ll also avoid all that traffic on the Parkway! If you go north using that same back way, you are only 15 minutes from Sevierville. Grocery stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes (Pigeon Forge is closest). You will love this location!
