Star Lake is crystal clear with a sandy bottom and is rated a Class 'A' lake for both fishing and swimming. This 1,200-acre lake has only 35 homes, is surrounded by the 220,000 acre Northern Highland State Forest, and has plenty of Loons and Bald Eagles. The Big Dipper Cabin was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2006, and will provide the the ultimate vacation experience!
