Outside we have a gorgeous double, porch with a short path leading through the tall pines to the beautiful white sand beach over looking the Gulf Coast at Saint Teresa. Views of Dog Island and Turkey point abound. Enjoy the serene Old Forgotten coast. Launch out from your beach retreat to explore St. Marks, Carrabelle, Apalachicola, enjoy the famous oysters, charter fishing, Kayak through the peaceful gulf, Wualkula Springs, hiking through state parks. Visit the museum in Carrabelle detailing how this area of the coast was instrumental during WW2. Panacea aquarium offers a hands on experience of the coast.
Southern heart pine floors and a modern kitchen. Main floor features high ceilings and open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Two masters bedrooms one the on main floor / 1st floor, King beds and full baths. There are three living areas in the property. The main living/dining opening onto a porch spanning the length of the house which offers views of the coast through the pines. A cozy kids space on the second floor allows for a space of their own to enjoy games and movies. The pinnacle space being the exciting crows nest at the top floor. Windows about here and another view of the coast. Enjoy the tranquil room for watching wildlife, reading, games, and fun conversations. We have a beautiful neighborhood pool which overlooks the captivating gulf coast. The pool house offers a screened porch with tables as well as outdoor sitting. Also an oversized grill is available for poolside dining. A boardwalk from the pool offers a stroll to the beach amongst the palmetto.
Upstairs features 1 bunkbed/ trundle /2 single beds with full a jack and jill ensuite. The second master bedroom is also on the second floor with its private ensuite. Each bedroom has french doors which lead out to the second porch overlooking the coast.
