Welcome to The Boulevard! Located just steps from Quidi Vidi Lake and Rennie’s Mill River trails, and very close to Downtown, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi Village and Bannerman Park too! This townhome was fully reno’d in the last five years and featured a spacious layout with modern, comfortable furnishings. On the main level is an open-concept kitchen/living/dining room upstairs, two bedrooms and a bath, and the basement includes a sofa bed and half bath. The backyard offers ample parking.
