Beautiful completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Ideally located steps (3-5 minute walk) from St Armand's Circle shops and restaurants and minutes from downtown Sarasota. Walk to famous Lido Key beach (Approx 10 minute walk). Professionally designed, furnished and outfitted.
Primary Bedroom has king bed, closet, flat screen TV, en-suite with double sinks, and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet and also en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Third bedroom has a king bed, tv, and closet. Family Room outfitted with large flat screen TV, comfortable couches and chairs, sliders to outside living space by the pool. Dining area seats 8 and also has 6 bar stools for additional seating. Kitchen is open concept to dining area and family room - great for entertaining. Fully equipped with all utensils and appliances.
Outdoor pool and seating areas provide privacy and relaxation. Back yard is walled in for privacy. Outdoor furniture includes 5 chaise lounges pool side. Table and 6 chairs, and sitting area under outside lanai for shade, relaxing, eating, and sitting by the pool. Propane gas fire pit with seating. (Propane supplied by renter) Gas (propane) grill. 6 beach chairs.

Summary: We stayed at this property during the last week of June and we are a family of four. This property is a 10 out of 10. Everything in the home is up to date, very clean, and the location is perfect. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops in St. Armand's Circle and Lido beach. Our family had a wonderfully relaxing stay. We would go out for day trips in the morning then come back to relax by the pool into the evening. The property owner was incredibly pleasant and super helpful. No complaints. We will be back to rent again! Thank you to Lisa and her family for sharing their home with us.
