Positive: The house has a lot of room. Easy for family to spread out. The elevator made it easy to bring luggage and groceries in. Really hot water and great water pressure. Short walk to the beach.
Negative: The pool was not open. There are several updates that need to be made. The TV in master bedroom does not have cable and would not let you sign into any apps. Spoke with rental company about pool and tv nothing was done. The sun room was dirty. The bikes all tubes are busted in tires. Having beach chairs was a plus but some of them are not safe I would bring your own. Air condition does not keep up even in the cooler month of April. The air condition also leaked into the second floor, we had to clean it up and had no air for that night. Repair came out and vacuumed it out, but it leaked again and we just cleaned it up and turned air off. The rental company did respond however the issues were never corrected and we were not offered any solutions or refunds.
Summary: The house was roomy and if I had to I would stay again if the problems were fixed.
