Your Holiday Spain are pleased to present this stunning new apartment located on the award winning resort Santa Rosalia lake and life.
This unique resort features the largest man made lagoon in Europe with 17,000m2 of crystal clear blue waters.
The lagoon is for sole use of residents at this exclusive resort here in Southern Spain.
The property its self is located on the ground floor, Ideal for those less mobile or families with young children.
Inside the property you have a newly refurbished open plan kitchen dinner and a relaxing living area with direct access to the terrace and garden area. The property has been furnished to a very high standard with a feeling of pure luxury.
The property comprises of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, all rooms have full hot and cold air-conditioning for comfort during your stay.
Outside there is a beautiful terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the one of the many days of sunshine the Costa Calida has to offer.
Santa Rosalia offers several amenities as it is still currently under construction, as a guest here you will have access to the lagoon beaches beach bar (currently the beach bar is during the summer period only) sports facilities onsite and mini golf.
Just a few minutes away is the Mar Menor Golf Resort with its 18 hole golf course and vast array of bars and restaurants you can use
You are also just 5 minutes away by car to the beaches of the Mar Menor and the town of Los Alcazares with all the amenities you need such as bars restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful beaches of the mar Menor where you can enjoy sunny days relaxing by one of the largest salt water lagoons in Europe.
