This beachfront apartment features renovated modern kitchen and large living and dining area that opens out to the beachfront grassy courtyard. Furnishings are beachy and comfortable. During your stay at Springtide you will experience beachfront living at its very best! Soak up the fantastic ocean views from your elevated ground level apartment, allowing you to access the beach with ultimate ease. Just think, no lifts and only a couple of steps leading to a nice grassy platform- ideal for soaking up the sun, and watching the waves of beautiful Rainbow Bay. The rear carpark directly behind the apartment offers easy access into the apartment with no steps. * Maximum number of guests permitted 2 adults + 4 children, or 4 adults Features Include * 2 bedrooms (second bedroom fitted with 2 singles and bunk) * Beachfront location opposite famous Snapper Rocks (home of the Quiksilver Pro) & Rainbow Beach and Surf Club * Tastefully furnished * Ground floor * Grassy courtyard with ocean views * Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher * Laundry facilities * Carport Bedding Configuration * Master bedroom - 1 x queen bed * Second bedroom - 2 x single beds & 1 x set of single bunk beds (bunk beds not suitable for adults) Linen Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Location Rainbow Bay is located only 10 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Rainbow Bay offers laid back charm with a few popular cafes and takeaway shops and a fantastic surf club on the water. The beach is protected from the North and South, and offers calm swimming conditions. Surfers, head to Snapper Rocks- Australias greatest surfing mecca, or over the hill to Duranbar (D-Bar as the locals call it). Talk a walk at dusk around the boardwalk towards Coolangatta and enjoy spectacular views, with Surfers Paradise twinkling in the distance.
