Newly designed and decorated, this lovely 2BR-1BA Pilot House condo is located at the Baytowne Wharf in the heart of the Resort! With two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, a family area, and one full bathroom, this property will comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Our stylish family room is designed with comfort in mind and features plenty of seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. There is dining seating for four guests and kitchen bar seating. Our master bedroom features a king bed and an HDTV. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an HDTV. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the oversize balcony that overlooks lush resort landscaping. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer.
You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex located just steps away! There is a lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area. A full exercise room is available, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Our condo in Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation at the Resort.
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a kid’s playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach via the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf at three different resort golf courses. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
