Why crowd into a tiny beach rental when you can spread out in over 1000 sf of resort space. The Beach is Open!!! This spacious three-bedroom townhome is available for the weekend or the week all year. It was completely upgraded within the past couple of years including paint, flooring and all new furniture and is refreshed each year. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a full-size washer/dryer. Master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed with private balcony. 2nd bedroom has two twin bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a tv with cable and internet.
The main floor has a large living room with cable/internet tv and a balcony. There is a dining area for up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, microwave, self-cleaning oven and dishwasher. Also on the main floor is a 3rd bedroom with full bed and tv with cable/internet, and a bathroom with shower.
Unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Each of the floors has a nice balcony with a view of the ocean and the complex pool. Kitchen is completely outfitted and includes a self cleaning oven, a refrigerator with icemaker, a dishwasher and an over the range microwave. We provide all kitchenware and linens including beach towels, high chair, and board games/coloring books. There is parking for two cars under the unit. Complex has a very nice pool, community grills, a beach volleyball court and is an easy walk to the center of Gulf Shores. Located is across the street from the beach with easy beach access by traffic controlled crosswalk and public beach access.
