The townhome has a luxurious feel that is defined by clean lines and monochromatic colors that give off a calming vibe throughout its rooms. The main entrance leads to a luminous open space, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen with an oversized island/breakfast bar with stools. The gourmet kitchen area opens up to a double-height living room where guests are drawn to the flow of the space and natural light.
Enjoyable and comfortable sitting areas make the perfect spot to hang out with family and friends. A pair of glass sliding doors lead guests to a covered and cozy patio, featuring a table set and BBQ and relaxing outdoor furniture.
Heading upstairs guests will find three flawless, contemporary-style suites that offer comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests.
The magnificent Master Bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.
Along the hallway there are two other suites. One consists of a QueenSize bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other features two TwinSize beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The fourth bathroom and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located downstairs in the hallway, next to the main entrance door.
