Splash - This wonderful beachfront paradise is located in the heart of Dune Allen Beach on 30A! Equipped with three bedrooms and four full bathrooms there is plenty of room for the entire family. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor and includes a king size bed, beachfront balcony, and a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. Two other guest bedrooms are also located upstairs which include another king size bed, and two cozy queen beds in the third bedroom. A twin bunk nook awaits just outside of the queen bedroom which is great for the kids. All three bedrooms include a full private bath en suite. The open living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the lower level of the home offering spectacular views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The living room provides a wall mounted flat screen TV for family movie night or the big game. A relaxing living room couch doubles as a convenient queen sleeper sofa making it a great place to stay for additional or visiting guests. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space making it perfect for the household chef. This great location is close to a popular restaurant called the Vue on 30A which is part of the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club with an eighteen hole golf course that has been described by Golf Magazine as "the purest golf on the Florida panhandle." Another popular restaurant called Stinky's Fish Camp is also close by and despite the name, they serve great fresh seafood and specialize in locally gulf caught fish. Santa Rosa's Gulf Place is a minute away with a colorful collection of retail shops, restaurants and bistros that wrap around an expansive two acre grassy outdoor amphitheater. The gateway to 30A, Dune Allen Beach is the most western community positioned along the famed Scenic Drive.
